Is there a way to get the weapon and the intrinsics +catalyst in just oen or two runs?

You'll get the weapon + pattern from 1st normal run. Intrinsics can be unlocked in either normal or expert (3 sets of holograms + vault puzzle before boss area)

Catalysts can only be done in expert (3 pairs of switches). Kill boss on expert and you'll get the catalysts. I was solo and did catalysts and boss in 2 runs but you can combine if you've a team

Technically you can also do intrinsic puzzles in the expert run with catalysts but it'll be super tight. So you can finish the weapon in 1 normal + 1 expert run

I would still recommend - 1 normal (kill boss to get pattern), 1 normal (intrinsic holograms + vault puzzle, skip boss), 1 expert (catalyst switches, skip boss), 1 expert (kill boss to get catalysts)
