How do i get the catalyst, theres no labyrinth quest on any of my characters nor at ikora/lost archive. I have tier 3 initiate in the symbol room and when I solo launch i can input the "worm-give-guardian" code but with a fireteam the symbols change to a mix of 3 wrong ones.
