Is it through feats? How do I unlock more slots for feats and which ones are easiest to do?

through feats yes. unlock more slots by running the dungeon with all feats slots filled. there's a tracker thing in the dungeon title badge that shows it as well easiest, I'm not sure. But guaranteed T5 is to run Cuttthroat with Encounter chall, however it increases enemy power by 60

All feats except cut-throat maybe easier. You still get mostly T5s but it's doable with lfg's. Cut-throat alone increases combatant power by 40

cutthroat is sets difficulty at -40, same as contest
4feat is enough for tier 5s since challenges count as 2 feats for rewards
cutthroat counts as 3 feats for rewards
the only feat that changes the difficulty is cutthroat
the rest increase both enemy combatant and your power cap
