Yes, encore from portal ops. Min, master, min grade A, first completion gives the weapon pattern, successive completions catalysts

There were reports of it not dropping on 1st run but most people got it within 3 runs. Not sure if it's fixed now

@old wren so idid all the runs i needed to do to gat all four of the cattys but i cant get the othet perks like onslaught and i think destab
