Cant progress with the dawning quest | Destiny 2 LFG | Page 1

I try and progress through the dawning quest which requires me to give a cookie to the Aonians and when I try and travel to Kepler, it says that I can not go there because I dont have the DLC. Am I just missing something? I was able to play on Kepler no problem yesterday.

You can start caldera solo ops to finish this quest step

Till yesterday, everything was free to play. You need edge of fate to access kepler otherwise

Is the npc will be here by default at the entrance when the cookie is done or is this something to do like complete the op ?

Yes, if you have what you need to deliver, NPC is right at the start of caldera
