what i do on every class rn:
2pc smoke jumper + 2pc aion adapter
your favorite exotic armor
sword with attrition orbs
your favorite rocket pulse/sidearm
your favorite 3rd weapon
loop:
- crush some adds with the rocket pulse to trigger aion DR
- rush the boss with sword and whack em for orbs
- orbs proc smoke jumper DR so you basically can't die as long as you are whackin'
- have armor mods to heal on orb pickup for good measure
adjust for your particular activity accordingly
not great for un-swordable bosses unfortunately

Actually, they don't use grapple melee at all

Mostly because I've rarely seen anyone in lfg having navigator with catalyst. A lot of people switch once there is one in play
