Whats the benefit to using the new armor and on a titan what three stats should I be prioritizing? should I be aiming to just maximize 3 stats and 0 everything else?

the benefit of using new armor is that they have much higher stats than old gear, set bonuses and 11 mod energy (at t4 or above)

I used to get all my armor through seasonal armor focusing, is there a system like that or no? and im assuming you get better tiered drops as your light level increases?
