yes but your score will likely still be lower than what you need for the helmet
score doesn't only scale off of activity difficulty and modifiers, it also scales off of power

you need enough score in the different activities to have 100 total points by the end of the activity
and with bungie making score scale the same between 500 and 550 the average scores are gonna get a lot higher in pve cuz more people can get the maximum score possible

Levelling up is super quick now. Do as many activities in solo ops, fireteam ops and pinnacle as you can with more bonus drops (green engrams) as you can and you're set
Otherwise wait a few days, Bungie mentioned they'll fix power scaling of score but it's not clear if it's just for 500-550 or any power
