I just went to Ada and collected 3 exotic perks. Is it automatically applied to every outbreak perfected? cause it doesn't show up in the tree and it doesn't show up in the catalyst spot like other exotics.
#Am I dumb or do I have no idea how Outbreak perfected catalysts work?
