I'd like some ideas for some solid general use hunter builds that use the featured exotics

if you guys could maybe link some nice builds but I know of several

There's Mask of Fealty on pure stasis

then I hear about Gifted Convicition on Pure Arc which i dont know much about since i only used to use that on prsmatic back in final shape

and now Im trying out Speedloader with strand but idk Im trying to make the build work it just feels a tad bit slow and the abilties arent regening fast enough

Speedloader slacks has a pretty fun build this season with strand's ensnaring slam

the recently changed ensaring slam to give woven mail when you suspend enemies with it, and the timer scales with the number of enemies suspended

you combine this with speedloader slacks, which also recently got a rework to give class ability energy of sustained dmg

#

the gameplay loop is to run an area denial gl (festival flight with attrition orbs and blast distributor is BiS for this so you can run 2x recup for 70 health on each orb pickup and for buffing your grapples)

and just spam the area denial. since the area denial pool does consistent and continuos dmg, it refunds your class ability insanely fast when you pair it with 70 class and speedloader's reworked trait

  1. just slam and suspend for woven mail
  2. spray area denial to refund slam

  1. slam ground and cc again
  2. grapple occasionally
  3. win??

Remember to run shield crush on this build to get a nice dmg bump on your grapple while you have woven mail

  • this same build can be replicated to give you constant healing if you swap speedloader's for cyrtarachne
