for exotics u need atleast 1 warlock with boots of the assembler and the rest run sanguine alchemy

yeah they received a rework in edge of fate, basically they give the lumina buff (35% weapon dmg) while standing in a rift or well

basically extra 10% dmg for all fireteam members for free
