I'm pretty sure I completed all the requirements to gain all the intrinsics & the attrition catalyst but I didn't get all the intrinsics. Can anyone help me understand what I did wrong here?

You might missed a few of the things you have to break. By missed if you did it with a fireteam means they broke it got credit you got none for it
There is 9 total you have to break, every 3 gives a level of intrinsic

i did all 3 sets of 3, heavy attack with axe & got the attrition aspect but only one intrinsic
my buddy who didnt hit any of them got everything
we did it as a fireteam. I hit them all cause i knew the locations and only one of us got all for it & he was playing our safety-lowest power level of 3
can I run it with a different character but will the vex orbs spawn

There was a bug with fireteams getting all intrinsics quest as Bungie acknowledged. All catalysts have been released this week so may want to complete any missing intrinsics in the same run
Need to complete mission at master or above to get catalysts
