Hi, I'm new to this leveling system and I'm currently 189 power,
I heard that the main mission to farm is to do the Chaldera mission with A Grade, was wondering if that's the case, then what place do other endgame activities have in the endgame with raids and stuff, if you can just get tier 5 gear from

portal activities, what's the point of the raid then? or trials? Also what Power level do I need to be to start comfortably doing "3 feat" or "5 feat" raids?

Only portal, new raid (desert perpetual) and kepler planet have tiered drops. You get T2 in 200s, T3 in 300s, T4 in 400s, T5 from 470 in PvE and 450 in PvP
Caldera and K1 ops are most economical in terms of levelling up which gatekeeps higher tier rewards. Bungie has added some sections of 3 dungeons to portal (so tiered loot)
Will Bungie ever bring complete dungeons/raids into the tier system is anyone's guess but given it can't even release minor content without tons of bugs I would highly doubt it's happening in next few months

Oh I see that makes so much sense
