#Is anyone else's game softlocking when loading Iron Banner rewards on Xbox?

So, I just tried checking Iron Banner rewards since it just launched today, and I noticed that whenever I check rewards on console, the game freezes for a moment, and then nothing wants to load properly.

My character won't load in, the weapon perks doesn't load in, the map doesn't load in, and initiating a travel does nothing. I've coined it softlocking because the game just does nothing.

I ran into these the first week of Ash and Iron, but randomly.

Now, it just seems to lock up whenever I check Iron Banner. Can anyone on Xbox or PS confirm it's not just me?
