Cannot get Dead Man's Tale

I cleared Presage on master difficulty with A rank, but did not get the exotic, and when I look for Dead Man's Tale in my exotic collection, I can't see it, even as an unacquired exotic. In the primary tab though, I see this "Unknown" entry that states it needs "Level -1" to view.
