Me and my mates manage to go to final boss and do it initial mechanics fairly consistently.
Now the issue is survivability during dps. Any tips for survival during dps cause the lightning and the clones are devouring us, mainly the lightnings, and also what is the best dps option

Stay on top of the bunker, drop a well, and just stay there until you gotta hide in the bunker, use outbreak and pump out as many supers as you can

You can either go in the back left corner of the arena or the front left of the arena and have enough room to fit 3 people
You won't be able to move once you go there so just find a spot where you're not falling and don't move until you gotta enter the bunker
If you struggle with finding a good spot there you can also sit on top of the cylinder shaped structure on the right
Be careful tho that you might still get struck by lightning up there and the clones will be able to hit you up there, potentially knocking you off/flinching you heavily

Grapple melee so you can kill the boss before dying!

Lightning hits you at 100% when you're grounded so anything above ground helps you survive. It hurts but doesn't kill you if you're airborne
