I am trying to unlock the class exotics so trying to unlock the mission dual destiny. I did the event on the pale heart and fought the final boss but when I went to look for the secret boss nothing spawned. How do i get this dual destiny quest to unlock the class items

This is the order you've to follow, Zone1 overthrow -> Zone2 overthrow -> Zone3 overthrow -> Zone1 overthrow -> kill zone1 witch -> Zone2 overthrow -> kill zone2 witch -> Zone3 overthrow -> kill zone3 witch
Witches appear once you've cleared all 3 overthrows. They always spawn at the same location but you've a small time window to kill them. Helps if you know the witch spawn locations in each zone from a youtube video
