Question now that solstice is gone what is the best way to farm armor for the stats i want?

Tier4 starts dropping from 300 and gets more common 350+ scaling to 100% after 400. T4 armor can get stats up to 75, only difference between being +5/-5 stats mod on T5. You'll likely have a near perfect stat techsec armor if you farm solo ops to 400
Or just wait < 3 weeks, level up to 500 without the prime RNG at which point you should get all T5 armor + weapons

yea not to be rude you just explained to me how the tier system scales to light lvl which i already knew i wanted to know an efficent method of farming for the armor

There really isn't one, just keep playing and hope the armor you get (if any) has the stats you want
Ghost armorer mods don't seem to be working too

Maybe I didn't understand your question, wasn't trying to be rude or anything
There is only 1 way to focus farm armor now. On Kepler, you can focus on the armor piece you want. There is a loot cave near singularity on Kepler (can also check location on youtube). With a good ad clear build you can farm on mythic and get a drop every 2 min
