It seems I may have encountered a bug? I got the outbreak quests for Ada a while ago and they were sitting there for a bit. Today I got on and finished zero hour on legend difficulty with a fireteam and got the catalyst.

When I went to Ada as the three outbreak quests asked for I got the three shapeable rounds BUT it seems like my quests for it are gone? I also can't flip any switches. I went to check my abandoned quests kiosk but they aren't there either....
could someone help me out with getting my outbreak quests back?

Just check enclave once if anything's still missing from crafting menu. Quest is supposed to be completed/disappear once you've all intrinsics/catalysts
