Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong with D2 all of a sudden? It was working fine a couple of days ago but I boot it up and it feels like the game is running through honey.

Both the in-game and Nvidia fps counter say 240hz but it for sure is not, I've tried toggling fullscreen/windowed, nvidia reflex, limiting fps, and messing around with Nvidia control panel settings but not having any luck.
RTX 5080, Ryzen 7 7800X3D & 64GB RAM so should be having no issues whatsoever.
