I want to get Speedloader Slacks but didn't play lightfall on my hunter and am lost trying to figure out how to get them now that lost sectors have changed and all. Any help is much appreciated!

Season pass gets you an exotic cipher weekly. So does weekly quest from Xur. Legendary/master lost sectors are the most reliable way to get exotic engrams. You can unlock and receive any exotic armor from Rahool for 1 exotic engram and 1 exotic cipher
