i just hit 400 light level and no matter how much A i get all the item drops on 400 lvl do i need to have the dlc inorder to go pass 400?

Only GMs get you prime engrams (+3 power gear) after 400. There is a 5% chance so you'll only see a higher power drop in 1 out of 20 runs (slightly lower if you're in a clan with rank4)

Zavala gives you 3 weekly +3 gear. In case you haven't unlocked solstice armor, each one is a +3 along with 1 earned during quest and 3-4 from reward track

It's super slow after 400 and if you just wait till ash and iron release (~3 weeks), you can get power till 500 with regular T5 drops

ah no wonder i didnt got any drops after initially hit 400 thought i had did smthn wrong or theres a bug or smthn cz i farmed caldera for more than 15 times nd still all drops r jst 400 even the solstice one drops 5str bt only 400 cnt get higher than tht
