Need help getting strand aspects

I'm trying to get the aspects for my titan but it says i need to complete quests to get them. How can I get these quest (parting the veil) and (unveiled)?

iirc you only get the quests after completing "unfinished business" (the quest for the exotic machine gun deterministic chaos)
