Missing ikora quest Kepler

I know about the mission released today, I already did it, but I was stuck at 3/5 before that and now 4/5 now even after doing it, there’s nothing on my map. Is my game bugged?

so i had something similar happen, i now started the campaign on a second character and once i completed the exiles accord stragelet, "faculty advisement" appeared on the map, i'm sure that i did this quest on my first character, but at least it counted now and the triumph completed, hope this helps
