I was trying to farm for Wishful Ignorance, but I haven’t unlocked it from last season, and now I can’t do the Exotic Engram focus. How do I unlock it?

Get an exotic engram, get an exotic cipher, got to rahool's last page and focus it. Alternatively sieve on Kepler can drop new exotics.

Vex incursion also drops undiscovered exotics which were released prior to final shape. It's on a 5 min timer and happens ~5-6 times a day
