Pretty new to the game, wanted to make a build and found a good arc titan build from plunderthabooty but I dont have the exotic gun and armor, I found I have a quest to get the exotic armor piece but I can't find where to get Barrow-Dyad. Is this still available in the game?

you have to wait until its exotic mission "derealize" either gets added to the portal pinnacle tab or it is featured in the exotic mission rotator in the legends tab

hmm i looked at some other builds and this was the one I had the most pieces for, is there any good build I can make as a new player with things I can farm for right now?

I bought all of them but I dont have some content it seems because when I talk to ikora she has a quest that I can't do because I need a dungeon key

you could try to switch out barrow dyad for le monarque, should see similar results, though it might be a little more passive
and then use some other special in the first slot

not necessarily, usually weapons still have some role to fulfill in the build, but as far as i understand it barrow dyad is used in this build to proc a lot of bolt charge, and le monarque can do something similar
