Doing the edge of fate story campaign right now, I have bought all the dlc. Do I need to run the campaign again on legendary difficulty later? And do I need to do all the old campaigns as well?

reason to run legendary is to get free exotic at end so its not needed to run you can do sieve to get it otherwise

as for other campaigns they aren't required but you won't get access to subclasses if that campaign had one
