Looking for hardcore players

I recently attempted the desert perpetual contest mode and I was doing fine however my group wasn't really up to par, I ultimately knew as a group we had no chance to clear..

This has inspired me to get better and find a better group as well to prepare for next contest and do other difficult content such as low man raids.

I can provide all the details of what I'm looking for in a group but the basics would be a group all on pc, all somewhat competent players already at the game who look to improve or just do difficult content, and ultimately a group who will consistently play the game at least for the next year to
