Where is the campaign located?

Since there is no campaign in the list like before, I don't know how to start the campaign again with other characters.
It used to be easy to understand because it was listed in the skull mark section.
And how can I run a campaign in mythic mode?

you have to go to each mission start site in world, which does suck. hold interact to start, it will give you ability to select difficulty.
