If that's the last two supers your missing, then there are two quests named "lost in light" and "found in darkness" (or something close to that), these should award them to you

I have done a quest called alone in darkness about 3 times now and nothing

So the only quests I have is alone in the dark and convalescence budding

Then there should be four mission banners in the main hub in the pale heart titled something like home part 1 + 2 and *another name part 1 + 2 complete those and you should get your abilities

I don't know if it helps but probably should of mentioned I don't have the ark or strand fragments aswell

Just done the queen's part 1 and 2 and got nothing
