#How to re-run new campaign missions?

I just finished the new campaign on Legend, but the game thinks I didn't do missions 1 & 5 on Legend, so I didn't get to claim my new exotic. Is it possible to rerun select missions, or am I stuck waiting for those to be the weekly mission now?

i know you can find them in the open world, cant find the 1st one yet personally but for me 4 is saying not done so idk what bungo has done loil
