Is there any way to get this now that Echoes was removed?
I have friends who just started playing and wanted to get them Choir to help them since they are complete new lights and have nothing. We did Encore in Pinnacle Ops yesterday and they didn’t get it.

Wait for Bungie to add encore to exotic rotator. None of the exotics from last year seasons can be acquired at this moment. Since choir isn't added to lost monument, I'm sure there will be some way to get it

Yeah - no encore there though. I’m guessing you can’t actually earn exotics from the…exotic missions listed in the pinnacle tab
