I’m looking for like the title says. I’m someone that believes that the Day 1 Experience is 70% of fun, and the other 30% is the completion.

This includes not just the challenging combatants, but also trying to solve the puzzle without outside help (if you want to use raid secrets ASAP, that’s fair, but even if it hinders us that’s not what I want), being patient in learning from your mistakes, etc.

I want some genuinely chill people. The standards for skill will be below, but I want people who are patient, don’t want to point fingers the entire attempt.

I know that some people want to take this seriously, and that being harsh is serious to them, and I understand that, but that’s not what I want. Being fair, patient and honest is what I need.

Now for skill/experience:

Number of full clears isn’t as important to me. I understand that this number can give a slightly false sense of experience in harder content, so I’m not going to focus on it too much.

I don’t think this is a crazy standard because my numbers are probably half what they should be cause I gave up on random LFG for every raid, and if you’re the same, that’s great!

I want someone that has at least 1 contest clear. The contest clear doesn’t have to be from a raid, it can be from a dungeon. However, I would prefer that you have at least a small amount of experience from a day 1 raid, even if it wasn’t a completion.

I also want at least a single lowman clear. This lowman can be either: a trio raid clear OR a solo dungeon clear in a more recent dungeon, but more priority given to a trio/lower raid clear players.

Although this is a chill team, I still want to go for the clear. Thus, I would ask that anyone that reaches out to me is someone that is capable of going for 24 hours, but is patient and willing to stop into the night to give a break and return the next day.

This means: 24 hours availability is required, but not absolutely guaranteed to happen if the team wants to break for the night.

I’ll let the applications sit and marinate a bit so that I can compare a little better and also kinda form the group at once. So please be patient for a bit when you send it in.

i'd be interested. I also like to try and get the raid done without just cheating off of other streamers or whatever. My raid report isn't really of any note. I do have a lot of day one experience, but generally the results are hindered due to people being unable to commit to the day 1 raid race, or emergencies pulling them away.
Regardless, you seem to have a good mentality and expectations for day one's which is refreshing to see. It's hard to avoid the really toxic people and...well people who aren't interested in collaborating in puzzle solving etc...
I think taking decent breaks and taking advantage of the 48 hours is especially a good idea. I do understand that may cut down on availability of members, but I'd say im flexible for either. Obviously planning ahead helps...
