I just need help with 3 things:
(1) How to I stun/disable the Phalanx Echo to stop shield blasting me off the map
(2) How do I take care of the Taken Goblins that shield him so I don’t waste most of my damage phase trying to get his goblin shields down

(3) is there a blind spot I can do damage from so Phalanx can’t shield blast me away?

  1. Once the phalanx echo boops you with the shield, you can counter melee to prevent that. this applies to all kinds of knockbacks
  2. maybe use some AOE weapons like area denial or blinding GLs

3 no. either get up close and counter melee or stay behind a solid big block to avoid being hit

Is there timing to the melee counter? Is it as he’s charging up the blast I melee? Or after he fires?

right after he pushes you, you punch back. the moment you move, but before you get out of melee range
