can anyone help me i cant get anymore of the fail safe specimen quests after 003 and i have completed the entire quest line for failsafe

yep i did all 25 steps of the quest line

there are three different quests

one for each act

yh i did all three but its not giving me the failsafe ones

it might be something to do with i only played for first time in 2 years and completed the quests to fast maybe

do you have a quest in your inventory thats called "A Rising Chorus Act 2"?
