I'm coming back to d2 after final shape got announced and I'm so confused on what works now, what doesnt, whats meta and not; I'm lost. I feel like I'm shooting with nerf guns, I'm dying way too often to majors and I'm lost on even what build I should use or what guns/exotics to chase.

Don't invest into build rafting now as its being changed heavily in 9 days
All you need to basically do mods-wise is equip a siphon, reloaders and surges for the primary of your choice or heavy if there is a damage phase
Thes literally nothing to it outside of that
Siphon for your primary, surges for your heavy
