Team must be committed to 48 if can't clear day one, Be Experienced in Trios and Day ones

I have lots of experience In day ones, Got all the way to Witness back during Salvation's Edge just couldn't get it cleared. Cleared Crota's end, KF and RON; I also have numerous Trios for the raids as well as Solo Flawlesses for almost all the Dungeons.
