#Lore book Rite of the nine

i have a problem im missing one rite of the nine book but i have collected all of them at least 2 times but still no lore book (5/6) the one that didnt drop was the second in the ghost of the deep, anyone having the same problem?

I'd recommend just redoing it. Sounds stupid but give it a try
