How do you get Lost Signal, Abberant Action, and Scatter Signal?

I just bought the annual pass upgrade, looking to get then before edge of fate

Lost and aberrant from echoes (act 1 and 2 respectively), scatter is from the exotic mission starcrossed (not always available, on a weekly rotation)

you need to do some extra bits to unlock focusing for those weapons (not scattered) if you wanna get them craftable in time

While echoes guarantees only 1 red border per week, chances of red border on weapon focusing is really high, every 5-6 rolls in my experience. Super easy and quick to accumulate engrams from breach activity, it's still feasible to get lost signal and aberrant action before 15-Jul

yes but you do need to unlock the focusing for them first

Just google NES005 questline, should be relatively quick. Both weapons are S tier, abberant action is going to be better next season with artifacts, Lost signal is excellent for damage rotations

for some reason it doesnt show part 2 or part 3 epsidoe echo weapons for me. Do you know why that is? and how do i unlock the part 2 and part 3 questline for episode echo
