Please have a very similar raid report to this one. If you dont I wont answer you
Please be prepared for full 48 hours for DAY 1 clears if it is needed.
Be able to play all 3 classes, please dont come to me with "Im a hunter main I promise ill survive during day 1" I have been here and heard this and I dont think I need to explain how this story ends.
Have all important dps rotation weapons. i.e redirection bait and switch unvoiced and Hezen etc. Check Aegis' Spreadsheet for more detailed info of what you should be bringing to the table in a day 1 setting.
Be prepared for some test runs with the team to ensure we have the chemistry needed to achieve a placement during day 1.
Please keep it friendly and level headed. Getting tilted hurts the entire team. We dont need ego's, we dont need to place blame.
(unless its super obvious and funny) We are all looking for results here, so leave the ego and tilt at the door
