You do overthrow in each patrol zone and once cleared a wizard spawns somewhere. kill that for each zone and then you will have access to duald estiny

Also after you kill the wizards you'll have to reach a specific room in between the overgrowth and the landing, interact with the giant crystal in the middle of the room, beat 2 subjugators and bring the balls they drop back to the crystal room
