Available for the full raid race incase bungie knocks it out of the park.
Have similar raid experience when it comes to day ones/ contest

Can communicate & are patient and constructively good at problem solving.
Does not rage hours in when frustrated - preferably someone positive to help keep moral up in those slow spots.
Only drinks coke as pepsi sucks.

Good Game knowledge of all interactions
As well have time to practice and refine team setup and chem.
No massive egos or ragers - as later in when people are tired dont need someone babyrageing.
