Wich raids should i learn, play and farm and wich not, utility wise?

Purely utility/weapon wise speaking crotas end has the least amount of >good weapons so you can leave that one out

(If youre ignoring the fact that its a massive part of destiny and a ton of fun to learn each and every raid)

VoG has the most updated gear, fairly easy, and good weapons in it. Last Wish still has good weapons and has one of the easiest farming methods to it and you can get all the weapons from that single encounter (it will just take a while).

Deep Stone Crypt has good weapons with a good origin trait and is also fairly easy to learn. Everything else has a varying amount of good weapons, so I would say these three are a good start.

To even ask this question is already weird, bc after checking my vault I have 2-4 guns of every raid because there's always something viable
