Is there any kind of resource that says where there's a large group of farmable enemies? I have a hard time remembering where everything is sometimes. For example I know that I can farm Taken at the Shuro Chi checkpoint. But what about Lucent Hive? Cabal? stuff like that

Not really, if it's tied to a triumph or quest; just look up the quest and someone will show where they farmed the enemy types.
