a few days ago I've finished Avalon mission even on Legend with other 2 member. and after finishing that couldn't get any intrinsic or catalyst upgrade for Vexcalibur. Can You tell me is that bugged or am I missing something?

I am really concerning about that. But since it is already so hard to find people in LFG groups to finish Avalon on Legend, do we have to complete Legend difficulty 3-4 times ?

Use in-game LFG, I can find groups most of the time. Just check once if they want to do a normal or expert run as that option is probably mission. Most 3 person lfg's are expert runs though

Then we have no choice but to constantly try Avalon Expert/Legend farming. We will see if the upgrade unlocks or not. Because there is not much information about the Vexcalibur upgrades. Everyone on reddit always says that x3/x4 Avalon run is required for the upgrade.

All exotic rotator missions are similar. Intrinsics unlock with each normal (or expert) run while catalysts unclock with each expert run. Vexcaliber has 3 catalysts so 3 expert runs will unlock intrinsics as well as catalysts.
It wasn't bugged for me when I completed this ~2 months back. While crafting, don't forget to upgrade intrinsic first as without this you can't apply catalyst/perks and it sometimes causes confusion
