Most linear fusion rifles are very strong against champs/bosses/yellow bars as long as you can crit. Doomed petitioner (starcrossed), Cataclysmic (vow raid) Stormchaser (duality) are my favorites for the 3 light classes.

Scintillation (nightfall), Taipan (craftable from witch queen campaign), suspectum-4fr (world drop), eyes unveiled (heresy) are easier to obtain
Even machine guns like hammerhead (nightfall), watchful eye (heresy), etc. can wipe champions at expert or below levels. Titan's consecration with syntho can outright wipe champions below expert, even on GMs if used twice after stunning

We're so strong in the current sandbox that I haven't used a heavy weapon for anything outside of boss dps and just run a sword for everything else.
