Im doing throne world and the only gun thats dropping is empirical evidence? I really want forensic nightmare but i dont have it unlocked in collections yet, why isnt it dropping at all? 8 drops, all the sidearm

If you haven't done the finch quests post campaign I don't think it can drop at all. You'll get a quest that unlocks the fusion...

and after that, the next quest is for the smg.

If you've done that it's just bad rng, kill high value targets and heroic patrols had the best drop rates for me back in the day.
