How do i unlock the Encore Exotic mission

Just got back in to destiny last week lots of people have been talking about the Choir of one but i dont know how to get the quest line to unlock it

it's part of the echoes seasonal storyline

if you haven't bought the echoes season pass OR the annual pass for the final shape you can't access the mission

until the mission is put in the exotic mission rotator

which will happen once the next expansion drops on july 15th

so i bought the annual pass but i dont see a quest line

do the initial mission for heresy and for revenant, then check on nessus for the mission "meteoric"

the revenant mission is on europa and is called something like "Ne-veriskis"

than kyou i have that quest

so it let me finish part one of the quest line but never gave me the second part

i've seen people wait minutes before the game gave them the 2nd part
