We have created a server to forge a contest team for the upcoming raid release. There is no clan or server affiliation.

Rather than blending our in-game objectives with our community-focused servers, we have created a dedicated server we can recruit to with the transparent purpose of exploring who we synergize with for contest.

Our short-term goal is to explore and develop that synergy with like-minded individuals where more information is required, with the long-term goal of tackling contest together.

Our current team consists of Niktris*#7866*, Alice*#3677*, Bug*#5203*, and Ronatello*#4928*.

What we are looking for

Contest goals and expectations:

  • We are a diverse group of players who expect active inclusivity of marginalized demographics.
  • Our goal is firstly to clear the raid, but secondly, to feel like we fulfilled our potential

  • We want to initially figure things out as a team, but we will look up strategies after an hour to maintain priority of clearing the raid
#
  • Preplanned exceptions can potentially be made, but the general expectation is that all individuals make the necessary arrangements to be available for the full contest mode period.
  • We're there too long to not enjoy one another's company. If we aren't having fun, we're doing something wrong.

  • We will establish mutually agreed upon break and sleep times that balance optimization for everyone given that we are spread out across the globe. Breaks can be taken as needed within reason. We are currently comprised of NA/EU time zones.

  • Synergy is equally if not more important than skill. The ability to work together and resolve interpersonal conflict is a higher liability when tensions run high than skill imbalances.

  • Players are expected to come prepared with current loadouts, especially those aligning with the latest DPS-meta

Preferred attributes of candidates:

  • Interest in personal connection

  • Enjoyment of banter, antagonism, and playfulness
  • Patience and composure under pressure

  • Adequate skill or capacity to adapt, not to be confused with experience
  • Ability to handle cross talk and shift to clear comms as needed

  • Stamina for high-end PvE
  • Directness and transparency, including in conflict resolution
#
  • Master raid/dungeon and contest mode experienced

I’ve got the stamina and mindset for high-end PvE. I’ve cleared master raids and contest content and know the focus that takes.

I communicate directly and don’t shy away from resolving things when there’s friction — I’d rather talk it out than let it fester.

I can handle cross talk and know when to cut the chatter for clean comms, especially when it counts.

can i join for the upcoming edge of fate raid? I personally might not have the most flashy raid report "although I will still supply it", but I make up for 100 percent of that with being a competent and skillful player when needed.

I am also willing to bring any load out to any situation if it is called upon me to do so, all i'm asking for is a chance but if the raid report is the main verification method I can understand that.

I will 100 percent provide communication and excitement so that there is never a dull moment or the team gets bored and starts falling apart. I will be like glue serious but help us stick together in tough times
