How do we access the old seasonal activities?

Long story short came back to the game in heresy, how do i get failsafe to the helm and run the echoes activties?

Mission Meteoric quest on nessus starts the chain for episode echoes and Na-Veskirisk quest on europa starts the chain for episode revenant. Both quests should be in the past section I think, If not, just launch them from the planets
